Carmela
Santaniello
Roberts has been practicing
engineering since 1982 and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of
New Jersey. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at
Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She is a member
of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the New Jersey Society of
Municipal Engineers. She is a Certified Municipal Engineer. During her
career, Carmela has been heavily involved in municipal and utility consulting
services. |

She has been the appointed engineer for
several municipalities and utility authorities. Her area of specialization
is in areas that were developed many years ago. In many locations,
infrastructures are approaching 100 years old. Carmela has a great depth
of experience in the special needs for replacement and rehabilitation of older
facilities while assuring that services are not interrupted.

John
D. Reymann
has been practicing engineering since 1978. He is a licensed professional
engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a licensed professional planner in New
Jersey and a Certified Municipal Engineer. John is a graduate of the
University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering. John has focused his career in land development. He has acted
as a municipal engineer for seventeen years, fourteen of them with one of the
largest municipalities in New Jersey. He is thoroughly familiar with the
needs of developing areas and also understands the pressure that new development
brings. John has extensive experience facilitating solutions to site
development problems with residents, developers, contractors, municipalities,
state and other agencies. He is knowledgeable about dealing with planning
and zoning boards and about the New Jersey Stormwater Regulations. |
