Carmela Santaniello Roberts & John D. Reymann have each brought to the creation of their firm a quarter century of experience in the engineering field.

Carmela has focused her career on redevelopment where the vast amount of development has already occurred.  Her expertise is in helping clients that are in the position of redeveloping.  There are particular needs related to aging infrastructure and the need to rehabilitate and reconstruct.

John has been concentrating on new development in areas that are still undergoing development and experiencing the changes that come from rapid growth and its impact.  Developing areas face the issues of insufficient infrastructure, increasing traffic and the burdens of keeping up with the new growth.
